Start…

Exercises for all three sections of the iea are included. These sections
include:
- Your Role Type;.
- Your Interaction Pattern; and,
- Your Effectiveness Profile.
The ten page guide asks systematic questions to help you formulate areas of particular
interest and concern to you. As you answer the questions, you will gain a greater
understanding of how you can improve your interactions with others.
Samples of the questions you will be answering include:
- How satisfied are you that your ratings reflect your actual typical behavior?
- What balance might you need to bring to your interactions in order to be more effective?
- On what items, if any, were you most surprised at how you rated the item
compared to the effective range?
- What strengths do you have to draw on as you consider modifying some of your behavior?
Finally, you will select 2-3 areas of most concern on which to concentrate your
change efforts, and complete an action matrix similar to the one below.
